Position: Purchase Incharge
Experience: 2-3 years in purchase in manufacturing industry
Qualification: Graduation, certification will be extra benefit
Location: Ludhiana
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain records of goods ordered and received with the help of Store Incharge
Work, build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors and internal departments
Negotiate lower pricing
Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation as instructed by Top Management
Monitor and forecast with the help of lower team and coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs
Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Determine quantity and timing of deliveries
Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment by using ERP
Oversee the operations and daily activities of the purchasing department
Responsible for the proper implementation, usage and data input for purchase module in ERP
