PROPOSALS MANAGER work location (U.A.E / K.S.A)- The candidate must be qualified engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in preparing proposals. Must be aware of all local prevailing man-hour rates / local authorities approval requirements for Engineering / construction approval etc, rules of Abu Dhabi municipality, must have experience in handling independently the tender documents, identifying the requirements and coordinate with respective discipline engineers to obtain necessary input / support to prepare techno commercial proposal documents.
