Job Description

Ideal Candidate will have a Joinery & Fit out
background and will have experience of working on Hotel, Shopping Malls
and luxury residential projects.
To be on site during working hours and shoild be able to liase with the consultants,clients,Sub contractors etc.
Should be a team leader and motivator to the site team.
He should plan the site activities and carry out projects in a proffessional way wothout any dealy.
Co-ordianting with Purchase / Stores for timely supply of materials'
Verification of quantities /Materials received to the work site.
Make sure that all workers are following safety standards.
Coordination with Main Contractor and Consultants, as well as monitoring the work in progress.
