Project Manager-Roads & Infrastructure

Job Specifications:

Must have minimum 10 - 12 years experience  (experience with Contractor is preferred)

Must be fluent in English with good oral and written communication skills.  

Must have Graduate in Civil Engineering.

Job Description:

Majority of experience with construction of Roads & Highways and associated civil works such as 
earth work, asphalt pavement works and all underground services.

Responsible for overall management of resources, achieving progress targets, project cost and financial control, monitoring daily progress, project schedule and financial reporting etc .

Responsible for managing a project through the project life cycle.

Responsible to ensure the delivered products meet the needs of the stakeholders, both internal and external.

Directs the project planning, design; construction and approval processes.

Runs the project schedule and negotiates interdependencies.

Manages project budgets and reports progress against budget.
