1) Execution & Planning experience in Hydro projects. 2) Scheduling/Monitoring of construction Program, Resource deployment schedule, Resource selection and Optimization. 3) Preparation of construction Methodology & Time cycle Analysis. 4) Productivity Monitoring, corrective action plan for improvement. 5) Proven skills in managing teams to work in sync with the corporate objectives and motivating them for achieving business & individual goals. 6) Lead and manage geotechnical investigations and design aspects for major projects. 7) Propose and implement value engineering proposals related to geotechnical engineering. 8) Coordinate with construction sites and design engineers for proper collection, collation and interpretation of gathered data. 9) Liaise with external parties, finalize, monitor and manage investigations contracts. 10) Manage project budgets and schedules to achieve target completion dates within planned hours and target profitability. 11) Manage civil design and plan production. 12) Design, as needed, to accomplish project schedules. 13) Apply knowledge of design principles, construction procedures and building codes. 14) Prepare statements of work, cost estimates, time schedules, and submittal registers in accordance with codes, directives, regulations and specifications. 15) Perform technical evaluations and design reviews of project proposals and submittals. 16) Prepare reports and presentations to explain the pros and cons of project alternatives. 17) Analyze survey reports, traffic engineering studies, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to manage projects. 18)  Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. 19) Participate in field condition inspections, safety assessments, and produce appropriate technical reports of findings. 20) Provide construction management field and office support as required. 21) Provide technical guidance and review of junior engineers and others work as necessary for theirs and project development.
