Duties and Responsibilities` :
Collection and Study of the Shop Drawings.
Acquiring Approval for the Drawings from concerned Consultant.
Technical Evaluation of the material/ product and that of the Supplier.
Material Submittal presentation and Approval of the same from PM as well as external authorities.
Implementation and close supervision for the compliance to the Quality Plan and Health & Safety Plan.
Review of Method Statements and Inspection Test Plan in view of the project.
Regular coordination meetings with Main Contractor, Consultant and Client.
