Production Technicians in Tyre and Retreading Company

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Production output at all production machines.
2. Responsible to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual production targets and objectives.
3. Compile data, prepare reports etc., associated with the production activities.
4. Coordinating with maintenance function towards achieving excellence in performance and resolving issues.
5. Ensure proper utilization of resources assigned.
6. Ensure proper implementation of daily operational maintenance activities of all plant & machinery.
7. Ensure that good house-keeping practices and prescribed safety measures are properly implemented and followed.
8. Should ensure harmonious work environment and maintain good relations with superiors & colleagues.
9. Interest in continuous professional development displayed by credible actions.
10. Implementing if ISO:9001:2008 Quality management Systems.
