Production Manager

Job Title: Manager Department: Production
 Reporting to: DGM - Production
Qualification: BE - Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial (FULL TIME ONLY)
Experience: 12-20 years experience in Automotive Industries. ( Should have worked in reputed Tier 1 automotive industries) (Preferably from Precision Machining Industry)
Requirements: -
Hands on experience in CNC Machining, Grinding machines, Induction Hardening and Assembly 
Able to handle work force and should have worked in Unionised environment
 Spearhead the Operation team in Efficiency and Quality improvements
 Well versed in Cycle time reduction/ Setting time reduction/ Quality improvements - Good Exposure in systems like TS 16949, EMS/OHSAS, TPM/TQM, Lean, 5S -
Good Analytical and Problem solving skills
Drive the team to arrive root cause -
Should be Aggressive, Dynamic and Result oriented - Team Player
