Process Engineer - Saudi National

Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for determining, computing and maintaining the accuracy of throughput standards(UPH), production equipment/shop floor layout, manpower standards/allocation and other manufacturing metrics/KPI according to generally acceptable industrial Engineering / Lean Six Sigma standards and methods to maximize production efficiency.

Production Layout Optimization

Manpower Work Standards

Value Stream Mapping / Lean Manufacturing

Lean Six Sigma Projects / Operations Support

Communications and Working Relationships:

Maintains a cross-functional position :

Primary Customers- Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Project Mgmt

Primary Contacts- Manager, Supervisors, Engineers

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualificatins :

Minimum Requirements:

1. Education/Experience: BS in IE graduate, at least two years experience as Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing plant.

2.Specific Knowledge: Industrial Engineering methods and tools (time and motion principles), lean Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, Flow Charting, Project Management, Quality Control Tools and Methods, Feasibility Study.

3.Specific Skills: Engineering Training, Leadership, Analytic, Strategic Planning, Database Software Applications, Report Writing, Team Building, Good communication and interpersonal.

4.Specific Attitude: Flexible, Analytic, Proactive, Prompt, Resourceful, Result Oriented, Creative, Customer Oriented.
