Job description

• Minimum 5-7 Years of experience in Information Technology discipline
• Familiar with HP Openview Service Center or equivalent incident or call management system Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) or SLM methodologies
• Strong customer focus and responsiveness
• Strong communication skills with IT groups/members and project managers
• Overall experience of Engineer as highlighted above with 3-4 Years of experience in supporting Exchange Infrastructure (Exchange 2003/Exchange 2007/Exchange 
• 201O)
• Intermediate troubleshooting skills on Exchange 2010 server-related issues
• Intermediate troubleshooting skills on Windows clustering and Exchange 2010 high availability and disaster recovery areas
• Strong skills on Exchange server service pack and patch deployment (2003/2007/2010)
• Intermediate technical knowledge of Active Directory concepts especially around dependencies with Exchange 2003/2007/2010
• Intermediate skills with networking concepts, Windows operating systems
• Basic skills with scripting tools, power shell experience a plus
• Basic skills with performance analysis of Exchange systems
