Job Description

1. Ensure to achieve production as per requirement.
2. Ensure timely delivery of milk to Packing Stations
3. Budgetary Controls.
4. Ensure Safety and Discipline
5. Goods House-keeping and cleanliness
6. Implementation of guidelines for energy conservation.
7. Minimizing the spares consumption.
8. Effective utilization of manpower.
9. Statutory compliance in the region.
10. Ensure maintenance of all records, sending MIS in time and attending to Internal Auditor queries.
11. Implementation of guidelines given as per GMP, ISO, MMPO, PFA etc.
12. Material balancing of the region.
13. Ensuring planning & implementation of preventive maintenance and lubrication schedules for equipment.
14. Performance Management & productivity.
15. Finance and Accounts Management.
