dynamic personal assistant for assisting Managing Director who is willing to
travel in India and Abroad.


Roles &
Responsibilities:


  • Handling Calendar Management of
    MD
  • Fixing appointments and
    arrangement of meetings
  • Arranging and Organizing of the
    meetings
  • Secretarial Assistance to the
    Director.
  • Keeping of routine
    administrative mailing.
  • Organize and Coordinate
    meetings, Conferences, Travel Arrangement.
  • To implement the policies
    formulated by the directors.
  • Typing all type of
    Correspondence, maintain data bases and collate Information.
  • Prepare
    reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using
    word processing, spreadsheet, database etc
  • File and
    retrieve documents, records, and reports

Skills:
