3. Duties at the close of the session.

As the leader of the school, the headmaster has to supervise various types of activities:-

Supervision of instruction, curriculum development and improvement and evaluation:

Class-room is the heart of teaching situation. It is the centre of instruction. It is therefore, natural for it to be centre of supervisory attention. It is very important that the principle upgrades the quality of education through creative, co-operative and constructive supervision. etc.
