Parts Ordering Specialist

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum 2 years of Relevant Experience in parts ordering specialist in Earthmoving Machineries or  Automotive Industry

Candidate must have Bachelors/B.E

Should have good communication skills

Job Description:

Receiving the parts orders proposals raised on WIP’s in Auto Line on daily basis, from front line (Parts and Service advisors).

Preparing all purchase orders in DMS (Auto Line) and registering P.O’s in E-Request seeking for Management approval.

Sending parts inquiries (price, availability, and delivery time) to principals and to communicate internally with concerned persons within the company departments.

Maintain an accurate entry for all P.O’s in DMS, all files and related documents (shipping documents, supplier’s invoice and others)
