Production

1.
Well-versed knowledge of
printing, corrugation, mold making, die cutting, blister foaming , injection molding
and how the products are made out of paper and plastic.

2.
Brings new products to
market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development
programs

3.
Overseeing the production
process, drawing up a production schedule;ensuring that the production is cost
effective

4.
Obtains product market
share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies

5.
Monitoring product
standards and implementing quality-control programs

Engagement

1.
Work as a hinge
between school and Vikalp. Need to make sure that all necessary condition are
there for the trainer to deliver high quality content. Trainer and teacher have
cordial relationship.

2.
Lead a team of
engagement managers. Mentor and monitor relationship managers going to schools.

3.
Maintain cordial
relationship between school owners, teachers and Vikalp personnel. Enable the
relationship managers to do the work of troubleshooting.

4.
Streamline the
assessment process and make sure that reports published are accurate and on
time.

Inventory, Dispatch and
Logistics

1.
Responsible for
proper upkeep of inventory. And make sure that minimum stock is maintained.

2.
Goods are
dispatched on time and delivery is done in a cost effective way.
