Job Title / Designation: Operation Executive

Job Description:

·         Ensure that all work is executed in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications.

·         Chalk out or improve operational systems, processes and best practises that guarantee organisational well-being

·         Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency

·         Examine financial data/statements and utilise them to improve profitability

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: 

·         Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives

·         Make sure no orders are missed and delivered in best possible time.

·         Perform quality controls and monitor despatches.

·         Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

·         Leadership and organizational skills

Specific Skill Set:

·         Experience in Pharma & Surgical related work will be an added benefit.

·         Must be proficient in English & Kannada

·         Knowledge of Tally & Other accounting Software

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3-6 Years

Annual CTC: 5.5 – 8 lacs
