Location –Bangalore/ Hyderabad - US Shift .
Notice Period- Immediate /15 days - 60days
M1 – Group Leader Operations –
· US Healthcare provider experience, specifically in A/R recovery (RCM - Revenue Cycle Management services)
· Minimum experience of 6 months as TL
· Minimum experience of 3 years in Healthcare
· Excellent communication skills
· Advanced Excel, Power Point
· Analytical Skills
M2 – Assistant Manager Operations –
· US Healthcare provider experience, specifically in A/R recovery (RCM - Revenue Cycle Management services)
· Minimum experience of 1 year as TL
· Minimum experience of 4 years in Healthcare
· Excellent communication skills
· Advanced Excel, Power Point
· Analytical Skills
M3 – Deputy Manager Operations -
· US Healthcare provider experience, specifically in A/R recovery (RCM - Revenue Cycle Management services)
· Minimum experience of 1 year as an Assistant Manager
· Minimum experience of 6 years in Healthcare
· Handled multiple teams
· Excellent communication skills
· Advanced Excel, Power Point
· Analytical Skills
· Client interaction
M4 – Manager Operations –
· US Healthcare provider experience, specifically in A/R recovery (RCM - Revenue Cycle Management services)
· Minimum experience of 1 year as a Deputy Manager (or equivalent)
· Minimum experience of 8 years in Healthcare
· Handled single/multiple processes/clients and worked with clients directly
· Excellent communication skills
· Advanced Excel, Power Point
· Analytical Skills
M5 – Sr. Manager Operations –
· US Healthcare provider experience, specifically in A/R recovery (RCM - Revenue Cycle Management services)
· Minimum experience of 1 year as a Manager (or equivalent)
· Minimum experience of 9 years in Healthcare
· Handled single/multiple processes/clients and worked with clients directly
· Excellent communication skills
· Advanced Excel, Power Point
· Analytical Skills
