Role:
Good into IT recruitment.
Strong in Stakeholder Management, Sourcing, Screening
Responsible for Sourcing, Delivery, TAT, SLA, HR Operation
Involved into Sourcing, Screening.
Good understanding of sourcing through different channel like Portals, Linkedin, Reference etc.
Interact with the Hiring Manager for follow up, coordination etc
Managing Escalation
Strong decision making ability
Develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels.
This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual.
This is a individual contributor role.
