1) Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients.
2) Should have knowledge about bidding on Up work,Freelancer, Guru
3) Generate Business from Online Bidding Portals
4) Follow up, negotiate and convert the client
5) Team Handling & handling Team Target. Should be target oriented and should be able to meet the targets well in time
