On-site Lead Architect (PEGA)

Job Description / Required Skills:Skills & Knowledge:

1. Must have a valid H1B visa.
2. Must be CLSA(Pega Certified Lead System Architect).
3. Must have at least 7 years of experience in designing the architecture of applications using PEGA.
4. High level knowledge of software development areas including software development life cycle methodologies, specification development, security, application modularization and logic specifications
5. Strong knowledge of Web Services architecture and framework
6. Requirements and process modeling experience using UML and BPMN modeling
7. Familiarity with iterative and Agile Methodologies
8. Strong oral and written communication, including technical writing skills and presentation skills
9. PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
10. Leadership/management/motivational skills
11. Analytical and interpretive skills
12. Strong organizational skills
13. Excellent interpersonal skills
14. Excellent negotiation skills
15. Ability to work in a team environment
