Job Description :

1. Manage phone calls & correspondence

2. Track stocks of office supplies & petty cash. Place order when necessary with approvals.

3. Submit timely reports & ppts/proposals as assigned

4. Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.

5. Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

6. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

7. Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

8. Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.

9. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

10. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

11. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)
