Job Description

Undertake the tasks of receiving calls,

Take messages whenever necessary.

Handle requests and queries

Maintain diary, arrange meetings.

Take dictation and meeting of minutes.

Prepare various reports

Take care of stationery requirement

Co-ordinate with HO for HR documents

Assist sales & service dept

Other admin work as per the requirement

Produce reports, presentations

Requirements :

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
(Word/excel/PPT)

Proficiency in English

To multitask and prioritize daily work

Excellent verbal/written skills.
