1. Shaping a vision of academic success for all students
2. Creating a climate hospitable to education
3. Cultivating leadership in others
4. A Profile in Leadership: Dewey Hensley
5. Managing people, data and processes
6. Improving School Leadership
7. Additional Readings.
8.The hiring of staff members
9. Communicating with parents and faculty when necessary
10. Creating policies (such as dress code)
11. Planning academic calendars for the school
12. Handling of student recruitment and admissions into the school
13. Disciplining students when needed
14. Supervising students, staff and other faculty members
15. Designing creative new programs and restructuring old ones
16. Handling of the schools budget
17. Maintaining secure funding for the school
18. Making both daily decisions as well as long-term decisions
Education :- Doctorate or M.Phil .PHD with 60 % marks.
Monthly salary :- 1.28 Lakhs to 1.65 Lakhs
