Install configure troubleshoot of Cisco Router.
- Working knowledge about the functions and operations of gateway redundancy protocols (i. e.,HSRP, VRRP, NSRP and GLBP) configurations.
- Understanding of hardware classes from different vendors
- Configure Verify router hardware and software operation using all commands.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software operation.
Strong knowledge on all functionalities of Plugs / Policies / Public Private security authentications.
- Configure Verify Firewalls, VPN, IDS, IPS , UTM devices hardware and software operations using commands.
- Knowledge of Monitoring Tools, Parameters being monitored and alerting mechanisms
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Follow ITIL process and/ or quality process defined for the engagement
- This role would require to work in shifts
- Coordinate with vendors and followup as needed.
- Be able to handle escalations well
