Job Description

    The position of National SalesManager is responsible for leading a group of Sales Force team to meet or exceed company goals for profitable revenue growth.
    To establish new vertical of Taurus GRID Generation, Railways, Industries, Distribution.
    Identify new business opportunities, development of innovative sales strategies, to achieve the targeted sales
    Identify proper marketing channels and harnessing marketing opportunities
    Evaluate, hire/fire, train and motivate sales executives
    Manage towards a goal of yielding profitable revenue growth for the company
    Leverage knowledge of marketing practices to ensure that sales executives are focused and archive their stated goals
    Day-to-day coordination with RSMs and their sales team in order to drive deliverables for product/ sales/ Merchandising training to RSMs
    Reporting and feedback to director
    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    To increase the product portfolio to suit the channel partners and industries
