Position Summary Produces creative layouts and design for client deliverables requiring conceptualization of ideas in preparation of original art for electronic documents in Adobe Print tools
Maintains a high level of knowledge on tools and resources used by the firm and constantly evaluates new technologies and tools for adaptation into the teams work stream
Consults with the clients, has detailed discussion on the requirements and provides conceptual design solutions as per the client/pursuit requirements
Maintains a high degree of knowledge and proficiency on the latest creative trends/tools and leverages that knowledge to create innovative pursuit/creative project deliverables. 2-3 years of experience in Adobe DPS or Mobile publishing
Manages routine Adobe design projects from concept through production, effectively prioritizes work, and balances multiple priorities simultaneously to meet client commitments and deadlines
Works effectively in a team environment
Constantly evaluates new technologies and tools for adaptation into the teams work stream
Works closely with the creative services staff, monitoring the workload, projects and reviewing work products Constantly
Responsible for evaluating project needs, estimating and approving costs and schedules, communicating standards, and managing expectations

Roles and Responsibilities
Essential Responsible for developing designs and innovative ideas for client deliverables
Responsible for effectively creating layouts with strong typography and appropriate use of colour, images and fonts, allowing for readability of type
Responsible for clarifying project briefs/requirements with the clients understand the complexities and provide the right solutions
Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues in electronic presentations
Effectively participates as a team player in planning, scheduling and production
Maintains awareness of state-of-the-art techniques, equipment, best practices and developments within the design community
Responsible for relating design work to the clients business needs
Self-starter with the ability to understand and transform sketches and verbal ideas into presentations and visualizations
Understanding of current and future visual trends and proactive approach
Understanding of western cultural development and modern influences
Responsible for determining project scope to define cost estimates, and schedule changes for client approval
