move day duties to include but not limited to: Pre and post-move inventory
assets management.
Plans all logistics of
the move
Move Coordinator must also be extremely organised as the
job revolves around the completion of documentation in an organised system
able to be viewed and easily understood by other departments.
Makes sure all
documentation is completed and submitted accurately and on time
Maintained
cordial relations with clients by understanding their requirements.
Liaison
with Cabling Integration/Audio Visual Integration/Safety & Security
Solution Integration/Networking & Building management system
integration.
Developed
final project documents with concrete efforts.

Performed daily and
regular inventory checks to ensure optimum levels.
Prepared space planning related records and documents
