Details of Requirement:
A) Gender : MALE
B) Desired Qualification : Diploma/Degree –Mechanical /Electrical
C) Technical Qualification: Having experience in plumbing, HVACs, mechanical electrical ,fire fighting,fire protection etc
D) Total Years of Experience : 7-8yrs
E) Relevant Years of Experience : 5-6 YEARS
Roles and Responsibility :
• Responsible for HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting& electrical installation work.
• Follow up and Supervise MEP contractor works and assuring it is executed as per approved drawing and specifications.
• Maintaining close coordination with the civil construction for MEP services
• Organising weekly progress meeting with contractor and consultants for MEP works.
• Managing manpower and resources.
• Project coordination for MEP services, Interior and civil works.Review/analyze and re-design all MEP drawings & material schedules with involvement in supervision of the site activities and to control cost and ensure timely completion of the project. MEP coordination with structural and architectural drawings.
• Maintaining close coordination with the civil construction for MEP services cut out provisions.
• Organizing weekly progress meeting with contractor and consultants for MEP works.
• Managing manpower and resources.
• Project coordination for MEP services, Interior and civil works.
• Review/analyze and re-design all MEP drawings & material schedules with involvement in supervision of the site activities and to control cost and ensure timely completion of the project.

• Provide interpretations of plans, project scope, detail sheets, and specifications for our MEP contractors/ sub contractors and engineers to ensure a comprehensive and mutual understanding of the project plan.
Education diploma or degree electrical /mechanical
Gross Salary : Rs. 5-6 lakhs (p.a)
