 Job Description

 The candidate should have a B.E. / Diploma (Electrical/ Mechanical) with 8- 10 years of experience in installation of all MEP services such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, Elevators, DG, IBMS etc.

 Role & Skill sets

 End- to- end responsibility of the project site

 Will be responsible for all site planning & project monitoring activities such as coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, value engineering, quantity estimation and material inspection & approval

 Maintaining good quality of work and ensure safety precautions during project execution

 Will be responsible for timely billing & collections to ensure adequate cash flow
