Medical Sales Representative for Healthcare MNC
Job Description-
Builds effective relationships with Doctors, Chemist and project team while adhering to companys compliance standards
Builds sustainable relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at right frequency
Executes and plans for conducting scientific activities such as CMEs and executes marketing campaigns from time to time in order to service listed HCPs in a prescribed territory
Follows up with chemist and doctors for resolving issues and maintaining satisfaction
Conduct chemist RCPA(Retail customer prescription audit) to evaluate the prescription movement
Follows safety and compliance policies of organization
Drives prescription and sales in his/her territory.
Report market insights, feedback to Area Manager
Desired Candidate Profile-
Appearance Good
Education: Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate
Language Known - Excellent English & Hindi
Skills - Selling Skills, Excellent communication
Experience 1-5 years, must have exposure to institutions like Government hospitals, CSD canteen etc
Candidate with Bike will be preferred.
