Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Mechanic to join our mobile service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a wide range of vehicles, from commuter bikes to modern cars. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and providing emergency roadside support including towing and battery jumpstarts.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repair: Identify mechanical and electrical problems in cars and bikes using manual inspection and diagnostic tools.

• General Servicing: Perform oil changes, brake pads replacement, filter cleaning, and general tuning.

• Roadside Assistance: Respond to service calls for towing operations and battery jumpstart services efficiently.

• Engine Work: Conduct minor to major engine overhauls and repairs as needed.

• Quality Control: Ensure all repairs are completed to safety standards and conduct test drives to verify vehicle performance.

• Customer Interaction: Explain technical issues to customers clearly and provide honest cost estimates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 30 years of experience in automobile repair (multi-brand experience is a plus).

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of internal combustion engines (2-wheelers and 4-wheelers), braking systems, and electrical components.

• Specialized Skills: Proficiency in handling towing equipment and jumpstart kits.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude.

• License: Must hold a valid driving license (DL) for both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers.
