Marketing Head

Generate new leads using various sources like Google Adword, openly available data, own network.
Build relationship with Sub-Brokers, PMS and MF agents and convert them into customers
Plan, recruit, train and motivate Marketing staff
Plan and execute marketing campaign and corporate seminars
Arrange and address annual/half yearly corporate meets with Clients and Sub-brokers.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Gujarati and Hindi
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in the financial sector preferably in broking, distribution of financial products and wealth management
Experience in digital marketing - like SEO, Google Adwords and Social Media
Having a strong network base and good wealth management understanding is essential.
Strong strategic, analytical and inter-personal skills
Confident and dynamic personality with good relationship building proficiency
Sound decision making ability
