1. responsible for developing the Logistics &

Warehouse

 strategy for the organization in close co-ordination with the senior management for their E-Commerce and traditional businesses.

2.Identify, Define and implement cost controlling measures to cut-down on logistics expenses.

3.Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.

4.Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.

5.Analyse the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers.

6.Responsible for operational management of

warehouse

 facilities/staff, shipping and receiving, pick and pack processes, inventory organization and counts, space planning.

7.Integrate and communicate with all stakeholders of the areas above with adequate status reports.

8.Safeguard

warehouse

 operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

9.Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconcile with data storage system.

10.Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or

warehouse

 activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.

11.Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.

12.Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.

13. Negotiate transportation rates or services.

14. use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs;
