WHAT WE DO:
- We are a technology enabled firm revolutionizing the self drive vehicle rental market in India.
- Self drive vehicle rental market involves renting out vehicles to consumers to drive themselves on an as-needed basis. Essentially 'on-demand' vehicles.
- This is a large untapped market with the potential to build a billion dollar business : similar businesses have gone IPO in both US & China.
- We want to build the ultimate driving experience for customers using tech (Think Smart connected vehicle & in-trip personalized driving recommendations)
- We are sufficiently funded through angel investors and have a self-owned fleet of vehicles. Targetting 10x growth over the next one year.
WHO WE ARE:
- The founders are alumni of IIM Ahmedabad, IIT Bombay and ESSEC with a mix of business, operations and tech experience
- They have solid experience of more than 15 years between them in high growth startups running large divisions (ex-Flipkart, Amazon, Lazada, Housing) .
- We have a strong team with a good mix of industry veterans and freshers who breathe and live the business
WHERE ARE WE HIRING FOR : Chennai
WHAT IS THE ROLE: Corporate sales for Chennai for our car rental business
RESPONSIBILITIES: Note this is primarily a field role, not a desk role.
- Achieve and over exceed sales targets MOM
- Segmenting & execute detailed Account penetration strategy for corporates & tour operators
- Identify and prospect opportunities for increased business growth
- Engage and build strong relationships with clients and convert them to signed contracts.
- Follow a very high standard B2B sales approach including but not limited to using CRM, pipeline, daily / weekly MIS etc.
BACKGROUND EXPECTED:
- Graduate/PG
- 2 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales
- Very strong in relationship management & follows structured approach
- Shows strong ownership and passion for sales
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently to achieve sales targets
COMPENSATION:
Attractive compensation structure for the right candidate . We are a startup though, so we request candidates expecting a - Tier 1 college- fixed salary not to apply at this stage.
