Maintenance / Commissioning Engineer

Job Summary :
To provide maintenance services at assigned sites in accordance to company’s service guidelines in a safe and cost effective way, in order to exceed customer expectations.
Job Details:
• Inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and repair needs, taking notes and recommending the best possible solution to the client.
• Provide maintenance of safety/security systems on site, following the assigned monthly schedule for projects under maintenance
• Monitor and execute Planned Preventative Maintenance on various systems within the building such as annual inspection and testing of all electrical systems
• Utilize the available manpower (technicians/senior technicians/assistant engineers) in the most effective & professional way in order to complete given tasks.
• Perform duties as instructed by the client and undertake the allotted responsibilities and complete them successfully
• Inspect the sites to propose the preventive guidelines of equipment and system
• Conduct surveys for new jobs & prepare commercial offers
