Consultant Specialist (Test Lead / Test Manager):
Sound knowledge on Core Banking Domain
Manual Testing Experience of 7 to 10 Years
Test Automation Experience of minimum a year
Strong knowledge of testing mythologies, banking domain
Experienced in Mainframe or AS/400 testing and knowledge of DB2
Well versed with Quality Center
Roles and Responsibilities:
Actively participate and provide suggestions on clear choice/Requirements
Responsible for delivery of project with a team of 2 to 3 resources
Responsible for providing estimation using the standard guidelines
Responsible for preparing Test Strategy, Test Scenarios and Test Cases
Execute project specific testing activities in accordance to applicable standards and quality parameters
Chair defect management meetings
Hands on individual contributor, will need to contribute in test case execution
Review deliverables and guide / mentor team members
Responsible to identify the business functions/regression test cases for automation
Should take initiatives in improving the testing process
Responsible to prepare all required testing Matrices
Test Analyst:
Sound knowledge on Core Banking Domain
Manual Testing Experience of 3 to 6 Years
Test Automation Experience of minimum a year
Experienced in Mainframe or AS/400 testing and knowledge of DB2
Well versed with Quality Center
Roles and Responsibilities:
Independently work on a testing module
Responsible for preparing Test Scenarios & Test Cases
Responsible for Test Case Execution, defect logging and Tracking
Ensure defects are identified, captured and resolved using the agreed Defect Management process
Ensure quality and accuracy of the test deliverables are maintained
Responsible for identifying the business functions/regression test cases for automation
Takes initiatives in improving the testing process
Test Executor:
Should be having Manual Testing Experience of 2 to 3 Years
Should be interested in Automation
Experience or training of any automation tools, its added advantage.
Experienced in Mainframe or AS/400 testing and knowledge of DB2
Well versed with Quality Center
