We are looking for Supervisory level staff for garment manufacturing in Ethiopia
1. Person should be of Indian, Philippine or Bangladesh origin with diploma or Technical certificate in Garment or related professional field.
2. Hand on experience of 3 to 6 years at supervisory/technical level to handle garment manufacturing process of cutting ,sewing ,finishing or in machine maintenance.
3. Have understanding of different tool ,concept & culture of LEAN Manufacturing
4. Positive & learning attitude with quality of high initiative & capable to explain, demonstrate & fix the issues on production floor.
5. Will to work in Ethiopia with the team of multi nation & multi culture.
