Job Description:
TO Co-ordinate with production department for finished goods as per the schedule and deliver consignment to customers by verifying orders, inventorying stock, arranging transportation Establish and co ordinate schedule with plant production Department for finished goods.
Daily management and Co ordination of truck shipments.
Responsible for cost containment of shipment, Evaluate shipments, consolidate loads, select cost effective method of delivery. Negotiation of freight charges with the transporter.
Ensuring proper documentation of require Paper like invoice, test certificate, receipted challan, LR, Road Permit etc. Packing List of every shipment to be maintained and packing to be done accordingly. Claim for insurance if any transit damages.
