Job Title / Designation: Logistic Coordinator

Job Description:

·         Coordinate & ensure smooth & timely handling of shipments Main Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively

·         Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures

·         Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction

·         Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements

·         Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.

·         Prepare accurate reports for upper management and maintain related documentation

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:

·         Minimum 2 years working experience in logistics department

·         Fluent speaking in English and written English

·         Experience in customer service will be appreciated

·         Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes

·         Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field

Specific Skill Set:

·         Able to handle and work with Quick Book system and Easy system

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2 or more years in the field of Logistics

Location(s) of Job: Male’, Maldives

Minimum Education Requirements: GCE O’ Level Passes in Maths and English (Minimum B pass)

No of rounds of Interviews: 03

Work Timings: 8: 45am to 5:00pm

Travel & Allowance: Meal Allowance, Accommodation, Arrival ticket to the Maldives, Annual return ticket upon completion of 12 months

Languages: Fluent in English
