3. Primary role of servicing clients. This require field work / client visit.
4. 2-Wheeler is must
5. Develop new business by identifying and contacting existing or prospective customers.
6. Cater to a wide variety of commercial and individual loans.
7. Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
8. Should have experience in customer support / Customer care / Customer relationship / Customer service industries.
9. Responsible for dealing with Clients’ Queries.
10. Ability to handle escalations and satisfy clients.
11. To maintain relationship with all existing & new customers. Keeping in contact with clients, telephoning them and visiting them if necessary to help them for loAN related issues.
12. Ready to join ASAP.
13. Job timing: Only General / Day shift.
