Job description

The Active Directory role requires in-depth knowledge of the following technology areas: 
• Active Directory Services 
• Active Directory replication and performance Skills 
• Strong Active Directory troubleshooting skills and experience 
• Experience in Active Directory Disaster Recovery 
• Group Policies implementation and design and troubleshooting 
• Security and Administration of the Active Directory environment and Group Policy management
• Fundamental networking knowledge – IP, DHCP, DNS, WINS, routing etc.
The following areas may also be beneficial in: 
• Crash / memory dump analysis 
• Active Directory Scripting technologies 
• Knowledge of hardware virtualization technologies 
• Working knowledge of Windows performance & memory troubleshooting 
• An awareness of other 3rd party Active Directory Monitoring Tools
