Job Desription :

Must
have 3 to 6 years’ experience in Cisco voice

Good
communication skill is must

Must
have CCVP /Equivalent certification. Added advantage if he
has CCNA/CCNP certification

Hands
on experience on CUCM, Cisco Call manager 7.x and above,
Cisco call manager express, Voice gateways, SRST modes and
CUBE.

Hands
on experience on integration and managing of voice
components

Hands
on experience in installing the IP phone & remote VPN
IP Profile

Deep
drive on Unity express, Cisco unity, Cisco Telepresence,
WebEx and Cisco Meeting place

Core
understanding & troubleshooting knowledge on OSPF,
SIP, MGCP, and H.323 protocol suite, MPLS, DHCP, TFTP,
VLAN, and TCP/IP protocol suite.

Knowledge
on Cisco IP communicator and troubleshooting

Knowledge
on upgrading the firmware for Cisco IP / Conference phones

Hands
on experience and Knowledge on DID call routing, Voice
mail, call flow ,VPN phone configuration, PIN reset
request, COS, QOS, H323 and CDR

Flexibility
to work on shift basis and week end support

Good
knowledge on Network data and Security is added advantage
