Education and Work Experience Profile Should be in the Age group of 25-30 Years. Should be either a Graduate with 6-8 years experience or Post Graduate with Management Degree with 3-5 years of Work Experience. Should have a minimum experience of 3 years in the Liquor Industry preferably wines. Should have worked in the Bangalore Institution Market. Should have worked for a minimum of 2 years with the previous company. Competency Profile Should have good Communication and Analytical Skills. Should be Articulate in his views and have good presentation skills. Should be a good team player and have hunger for achievement. Should have a good command over English. Also would be an advantage if he understood and spoke kannada. Should have a good knowledge on computer usage (word, excel, ppt, etc). Should own a 2 wheeler for market coverage.
