Roles and Resposibilities of Key Account Manager

ELIGIBILITY:
 2 - 3 yrs experience in managing client accounts related to software projects.
 Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or relevant role
 Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive
 Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
 Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
 Excellent listening and presentation abilities
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
NATURE OF JOB:
 Leading, and managing other members of the respective management team and dealing with any issues that may arise.
 Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the project to clients.
 Managing employers client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
 Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to senior staff.
 Ensuring they are aware with all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition.
 Providing information regarding daily operations of the project to the client
 Interact and coordinate with the team and other members in other departments working on the project.
 Meet time deadlines for projects
 Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management activities
 Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
 Assist with client requests or issue escalations as needed
