Junior Project Manager with CCTV experience in security system

Conducts site visits to ensure scope of work caters for all the project requirements and the readiness of the site for project activities
Prepare initial project plan, review with all stake holders, verify, amend and issue a final project plan
Attends kick-off meetings with clients/consultants and contractors as required
Project execution which covers installation, managing staff team (technicians and engineers), coordinating with internal entities to ensure timely availability of hardware and software
PM will be fully responsible for all testing, commissioning, corrections phase, inspection and final certification activities
Report to MD on project progress and on any required intervention to resolve problems with suppliers, contractors and/or client
Communicate with the client on any updates and progress and on any variation orders
Works with contractors & suppliers to ensure readiness of the site for execution of project (installation)
Manage PE towards actual implementation at site and over see, through the PE, the work of senior technicians, general technicians and occasionally labor/production employees.
Train technicians and client personnel on using the system
Provides after-sales service and support to client employees
