Recruitment process. Motivation of team. Material request checking. Project dead line. Maintaining machinery & other company assets. Smooth operation. Working closely with management to achieve goals of the organization. Guiding Supervisors. Training supervisors to get maximum output. Inspiring teams of workers & reviewing the work performance of subordinate. UAE Driving licence is must.
