Job Brief :
- We are looking for a talented, highly motivated, hands-on Architects
who lead by example and embody engineering excellence.
- These high performing individuals have strong collaboration skills, desire to
effect change and the ability to work across multiple commerce domains and
software disciplines to achieve the JustBuyLive's Architecture team's vision.
- This is a hands-on position, requiring research, analysis, design, proposal,
and delivery of solutions appropriate to our business and technology
strategies.
- The Architect will play a diverse and far-reaching role in the organization,
providing leadership and influencing adoption of technical solutions,
strategies and design patterns across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Supply Chain & Warehouse Management System Head will plan, develop,
optimize, organize, direct, manage, evaluate, and are accountable and/or
responsible for some or all of the supply chains and warehouse management
processes of the organizations.
Requirements :
- Should have experience in managing Supply Chain & Warehouse
Management Technology implementation for companies like Flipkart / Amazon /
Snapdeal / Shopclues / Myntra / Jabong
-Design and drive the implementation of seamless and efficient planning
business transactions
- Ensure the support and sustainability of all technology solutions is
engineered in the design stage.
- Identify and eliminate technical and implementation risks associated with a
technology solution
- Develop statements of work for proposed solutions including estimates that
address assumptions, resources, integration points and risks for the supply chain
enterprise areas including Warehouse, Transportation, and Supply Chain
Planning
- Responsible for creating and maintaining SCM operational Architecture
- Managing requirements, validation & refinement.
- Business process mapping, system configuration, Unit testing and User
training technical & analytical mindset with great attention to
detail
- Significant background in supply chain, 3PL, distribution service providers.
Some of this may have been in operational, P&L-owning roles.
- Excellent knowledge of warehousing and preferably ports operations,
processes, systems, techniques and technology best practices and ability to add
value in the process and technology design process.
- Ability to quickly understand and embrace the structure and functionality of
a new WMS & CMS technology.
- Preferably Prince II qualified, with strong, structured, professional project
and program management expertise gained in part in a dynamic operational
environment. Capability to stay on track with several concurrent projects, with
personal involvement as and where appropriate.
- Strong personal presence and gravitas to allow lasting, positive
relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, internal technology teams and
customers to be established
- High quality organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Must be a go-getter

field
