Job Requirements
To assist patients problem via electronic media like telephone, e-mail, video
chat and Text through our expert medical professionals.
Duties and responsibilities
Virtual Medical consultations on Phone call, Video call, Text, emails for
Indian and International patients.
o Care your patient is first concern.
o Should be a polite manner with good listening skills and ability to solve
problems and effective decision-making skills.
o Provide continuous support to patients to improve and maintain their health.
Knowledge and ability to apply updated professional medical principles,
procedures, and techniques.
Responding to medical/health problems presented by patients including history
tracking, Interviewing, Report analysis.
Keep up to date with medical developments, new drugs, treatments and
medications.
Should be able to determine level of urgency of follow-up,
referral/consultation appointments.
Consults with Medical Panel and other senior professionals on staff as needed
regarding patient care, assessment, and education issues.
Participates in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and
other patient care programs established by the official requirements addition
to wellness awareness among patients.
Assists in the resolution of complaints, requests and inquiries from patients.
Maintains confidentiality of all patient information data.
Job timings may consist rotational shifts, Ability to work long hours.

Required Skills
a. Education:
Medical degree from an accredited medical college and licensed to practice in
India and Abroad
OR
Medical degree (PG/UG) from universities outside India but legally allowed to
practice in India
b. Specialized knowledge:
MCI specialized course is an added advantage.
c. Experience:
Minimum of 1 year work experience or intern or individual practitioner
d. An additional Skills:
o Keep your medical professional knowledge and skills up to the mark.
o To work within the limits of your competence.
o Perform in a tactful and professional manner.
o Effective verbal and written communication skills.
o Well versatile with telephonic etiquettes
o Good in techno savvy

Working conditions
Required to work independently and dynamic team which includes medical
specialists, technology, content and auxiliary services.
Required to work in digital environment.
Physical Requirements
Most of the time you are required to sit and consult online patients.
