To contact new and existing prospects through telephone and provide them the details of products and services offered by Mercedes-Benz India and respective dealership. Understand the needs of customers and check if he/she has any need or intention to buy Mercedes-Benz products in the near future or may be later. Act as first point of contact through phone for all the tele- enquiries. Telemarketing is also responsible for database cleaning in e-dealer and also act as back-up support to e-dealer executive depending on the load condition for e-dealer executive
Communication skills, Fluency in English, basic telephone etiquettes, team player, ability to work in dynamic situation, sensitive to customer needs, customer centric attitude, ability to grasp basic product knowledge and capable to address basic queries
