Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage/support all the current IT applications including company websites.
- Responsible to discuss with our IT team for new product enhancement, the impact analysis and then discuss the design of it. Design and architect of new changes and discuss with
team member. Create pseudo code for members to work on that enhancement. - Ensure to keep in mind to include remedy of any security Vulnerabilities and tuning of Backend for robust performance of applications.
- Keep in mind to make the design very
user friendly and it should be very easily understandable to end-users. - Healthcare domain knowledge would be an added advantage. You are responsible to develop and grow our engineering team while meeting and creating company goals on the technical front.
- Includes product delivery, code quality
and architecture. - Scalability, security
and performance of our platform. - Work closely with the founders and set both short- and long-term technical goals.
Essential Skills:
- Educational Qualifications : Bachelors and Masters In computer science.
- Experience in healthcare software development in PHP or any other computer languages.
- Can estimate (effort/cost), distribute tasks, and help team members if they are in trouble, work independently as well.
- The person should be an experienced PHP developer - Knowledge of Phalcon, Zend Framework.
- PHP5 OOP, Yii framework, MVC, Design Patterns is a plus but not necessary.
- Feels comfortable using HTML5, CSS, SaSS, jQuery, Ajax.
- Have experience with REST API, JSON, SOAP.
- Have experience using any ETL tool is a plus.
- Experience with working in
agile environment using scrum board is a huge advantage. - Proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and should have a self-structured way of working.
- Should be fluent in English.
- Any other value-added skills are embraced with open arms.
